happy summer solstice!
this was how the sky looked last night at 2am.. as i walked home from a lovely evening, celebrating midsommar with friends. a barbecue by the water, followed by champagne and dessert. the sun is going down around 10:10pm, and comes up again at 3:30am. the weather is fickle, but beautiful and so so much better than 100+°F. jess is will be here to visit a week from tomorrow!! i can't wait..

i'm so so so happy to report a new friend has lent me her acoustic guitar. my fingers are so happy... happy happy happy. the Lord blesses in abundance. every week gets better and better. i'm also getting pretty amped on some projects i'm about to start. the wheels are turning. i miss my studio so bad...

yesterday, sofia and i picnic-ed in Humlegården and put on paper what we're looking for in our future apartment. the weather has been insanely nice. i just opened every window in my flat. the breeze is warm. drinking tea and eating chocolate. i plan to leave here in a little while to go draw in the park in Fridhemsplan before connect group tonight.

oh - also yesterday, we stopped in UrbanOutfitters here. i did some currency converting in my little mind, and Stockholm is making a killing.. or UO is making a killing in Stockholm. a massacre.
