healing.
it's been an interesting week. healing. resting. feeling stuck... trying to use my time productively, but then losing focus and passing out. it takes more energy to heal than i thought. sunday was great - lovely friends chauffeured me to and from church. sofia has been staying over.. and we've been taking care of each other. today she came home with yellow roses for me.. my favorite. tuesday was rough - i couldn't keep my codine down... etc. but it's been getting a little easier each day. i'm trying to not beat myself up for taking it easy. i'm addicted to donald miller's searching for God knows what, and have been sitting on my balcony producing some vitamin D in my skin. gonna try to take a short walk in a little while. my inbox is screaming at me to get back to my loved ones.. (thank you for your patience...).. one thing at a time.

otherwise, everything is, and has been, beautiful. i ask God to overwhelm me - and then oh shit! it happens! overwhelmed in the best ways - and if anyone is capable of doing that - He is. the fall is getting closer, and even though it is full of unknowns, i'm excited to see what He has in store. He is my provider. i'm looking for part time work and sorta fell into a part time nanny job (15 hrs/wk) which might be amazing (nothing is written in stone yet. if everything works out, i'll start mid-august). and then i'm figuring out how to be an artist who makes money being an artist. tons of ideas. one thing at a time. one day at a time.
